Our story

“These were my mother’s. Now they’re yours.”

Annie's great-grandmother made candy in Collingwood in the late 1800s, out of her own kitchen, writing everything down in a leather-bound book. Decades later that book reached Annie. She opened it in 1996 and made her first batch.

It tasted exactly like childhood. Four generations on, those same instructions still guide every batch we make.
